While the menu at Cateran's changes daily, there are some items that will always be found on our buffet (see daily items), while others rotate daily (please call to confirm rotating sides/vegetables). Fried chicken and fried catfish are always served. See below for a list of the third meat. The buffet begins with a salad bar with fresh produce from the Greenville Farmer’s Market, that varies depending on what produce is fresh and in season.
